Refund/Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ANKR purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all included materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: We cannot accept returns on products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging materials.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@ankrdesk.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Important: Please obtain proof of postage when returning items. We're not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged products: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us at support@ankrdesk.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Products without original packaging or missing components
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
