Why is the ANKR Base more stable than other stands?

Will it scratch my desk?

The base features non-slip contact points designed to grip your desk without causing damage. We recommend using it on solid desk surfaces.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days after dispatch
  • You'll receive tracking information once your order ships

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states).

Does it come assembled?

Yes. The ANKR Base arrives fully assembled and desk-ready out of the box. No tools or setup required.

Returns 

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our full Refund/Returns Policy for details.

What if my ANKR Base arrives damaged?

Contact us at support@ankrdesk.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
